Although we visited during a particularly intense heatwave in August, we found that the air conditioning in the three bedrooms was not quite adequate. It may simply require servicing or reconditioning, but improved cooling would make a significant difference during the hotter months.We also felt that having a small sink in the ground-floor bedroom toilet would be beneficial, particularly for handwashing, as the existing sink is located in the bathroom at the other end.
Despite these points, we were generally very happy with the Riad. We particularly liked the overall design, the trees and greenery surrounding the pool, and the general layout and atmosphere of the property.

Riad vintage magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine et le jardin tropical sont splendides.

Un havre de paix de toute beauté en plein cœur de la médina. Le patio avec la piscine est un vrai plus avec des températures à 40 degrés. Un Riad avec du caractère et plein de zones propices à la détente. Et surtout le service et la gentillesse hors pair de Mohamed, Djamila et Ali qui est sans faute de l’arrivée au départ.Très bon contact avec le service client de Villanovo dès la réservation, et avec notre concierge Simo qui a été très attentif à nos demandes
La 3eme chambre sans climatisation est difficilement utilisable quand il fait chaud.

I particularly appreciated their flexibility with our daily breakfast timings and their efforts to vary a few items on the breakfast menu each day. They were attentive to our preferences and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
The daily upkeep of the property was outstanding, with excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout. The house was consistently well cared for and spotless.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Muhammad and Jameela and would highly recommend them.
